28 October 2021 – Gastronomy as a driving force in societal change – what is the taste of the small village Grythyttan2030. The story of a ten-week academic course for chefs and sommeliers in third grade where the students presented a holistic prototype for Grythyttan 2030 linked to UN’s global goals for sustainable development.
