Dr. Elizabeth M Ineson awarded the 2025 Outstanding Conference Reviewer Award

We are very pleased to announce that Dr. Elizabeth M Ineson was presented with the International CHRIE 2025 Global Conference ‘Outstanding Conference Reviewer Award’ in Indianapolis. Liz has been a regular paper reviewer for both ICHRIE and EuroCHRIE for many years and we always value her outstanding contribution.

Liz attended her first ICHRIE conference in 1988 in Toronto and was a founding member of EuroCHRIE. In 1999, she won the EuroCHRIE President’s award and served on the EuroCHRIE Board from 2012-2017, latterly as Director of Research. Over the last 40 years, she has reviewed several book proposals and hundreds of papers for international journals and conferences. Since 2009, Liz has co-edited 15 case study books for teaching and training, available online at lafondation.org, free of charge. In 2023, she won the EuroCHRIE “Bridging the Gap” Award which ‘honours a professional who has worked to build closer cooperation between academia and industry in relation to training, research and development in hospitality and tourism education’.
