The primary objective of EuroCHRIE is to be an international network to foster the general advancement of teaching, learning, research and practice in the field of hospitality, tourism and events operations and management. The assessment and enhancement of quality programs, and to encourage the extension of knowledge pertaining to hospitality, tourism and events education regionally, nationally and internationally.
HOTEL Yearbook 2020
The HOTEL Yearbook is now available for free download. The contributors (from 16 different countries) offer a wide range of views, observations and opinions on the topic of sustainability from all angles (industry, NGOs, consultancy, academia). Includes a variety of topics such as Overtourism, CSR strategy, Circular Economy, Energy/Decarbonization, Single-Use Plastic and Plastic Waste, Food Sourcing/Waste, Certification, Diversity and Community Involvement.
