EuroCHRIE Welcomes a New Member Institution

LE MONDE Institute of Hotel & Tourism Studies enjoys the collaboration of professors with extensive experience in hotel management & gastronomy education, so as to provide high quality courses that meet the modern needs of tourism businesses.

LE MONDE Institute is housed in a building complex of ultra-modern facilities in Athens and is comprised of numerous specialized laboratories, such as Professional Gastronomy Labs, Sommelier and Wine Tasting Labs, fully equipped Computer Labs, Lab for e-tourism Activities, Bartending and Mixology Labs, Barista Labs, Food Chemistry and Knowledge Lab, Restaurant Operations Labs, Housekeeping Labs, as well as a library and an e-library.

Our mission is to offer students quality learning programs by experienced professionals in order, for our graduates, to achieve valued recognition in the Tourism Industry globally.

By joining EuroCHRIE and its distinguished group of experts, Le Monde can be actively involved in projects and synergies contributing to EuroCHRIE’s important work in shaping the future for hospitality education.
