He holds a Ph.D. from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an MBA, and a BSc from the Lebanese American University. He holds certifications such as CHE, CHIA, and CHBA. Dr. Aouad's research focuses on servant leadership and human resources in hospitality. Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Dr. Aouad has over 15 years of teaching experience at various international universities and more than 25 years of industry experience. His passion for fostering excellence in hospitality education and industry practices is evident throughout his career.
