Ariane started her career in the hospitality industry in the front office department. She crossed the globe, working in the South of France, Tahiti and Thailand before returning to Paris.
Ariane started her career in the hospitality industry in the front office department. She crossed the globe, working in the South of France, Tahiti and Thailand before returning to Paris. She moved to the UK in 1998 where she worked in corporate sales and marketing positions for international hotel chains before taking her first teaching position in 2008.
She is the course leader for the hospitality management courses at the University of West London and has extensive experience of managing transnational partnerships and academic quality standards. Her research interests lie in the field of food sociology and celebrity chefs. She is a senior fellow of the HEA and a member of the Institute of Hospitality.
