Veerle Rengelink

My name is Veerle Rengelink (Age 22). For my International hotel management study at Breda University of applied science, I wrote a bachelor thesis in which   I conducted research on the imposter syndrome within the hospitality industry in relation to gender. The research question I set out to address was, “How can the management of hotels provide the resources to positively influence the mental state of mind of young male professionals who are struggling with the Imposter Syndrome?”. I am delighted to have the opportunity to present and further discuss my research at the EuroCHRIE 2022.
