In this time, Gulden has created and implemented risk management solutions and career development programs across a wide-variety of industry business partners from large national and regional brands, state restaurant and lodging associations, health departments, liquor control commissions, and independent trainers. Gulden currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for the National Restaurant Association and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute where she leads a team of sales and service professionals focusing on programs and initiatives to manage risk and compliance, to attract, upskill and retain more industry workers, and to drive business performance. She creates seamless relationships, raises the bar for collaboration, and strives for best-in-class customer service.
In addition to her professional achievements, Gulden is active in industry professional organizations, serving on conference design teams and various scholarship fundraising committees. Gulden currently lives in Chicago and is an avid traveler and outdoors enthusiast.
