All pre-booked hotels are located 4-7km from the conference venue. Morning and evening shuttle buses have been arranged to transport delegates from hotels to conference venue and back. Additional shuttle buses have also been arranged by the conference host to transport delegates from the conference venue to the Wednesday social event in Apeldoorn City Center and back to the hotels, as well as from hotels to the Gala Dinner in the Theatre Orpheus and back. However, if any of the delegates would need to go to/from their hotel outside of the scheduled bus picking up moment, taxi, bike rental or public transport will be alternative solutions.
