She began her career as a trainee at Mandarin Oriental London, later helping to open Mandarin Oriental Barcelona. After serving as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Mandarin Oriental Miami, she returned to Spain to manage a high-performing restaurant at Ritz Carlton Abama.
In 2013, she moved to the Middle East, joining W Doha and later becoming Director of Conventions. After a brief stint in the private sector, she returned to hospitality as Director of Food & Beverage at Al Messila Resort & Spa during its pre-opening phase. Naike showcased her event management skills as Catering Operations Manager for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Currently, she is the Director of Operations at Marriott Marquis, overseeing ten dining outlets and enhancing their performance. Naike holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches International School.
