Thanks to an overwhelming response to the conference, available seats have been taken much faster than anticipated. We as the conference organizers feel we have the responsibility to ensure a safe and pleasant conference experience for our delegates. For security reasons, we need to observe the capacity constraints our venue holds. Furthermore, we wish to provide a memorable experience for all delegates, and this is only possible when delegate numbers are kept under control.
Please note that this does not apply to all presenters with accepted contributions who are yet to register, they will be informed individually.
We have prepared an exciting academic and social program for you and look forward to welcoming you to Vienna in October.
