Be part of the thrilling competition for the Best Poster Award, with voting commencing at 9 am on Wednesday, October 4th, and concluding at 6 pm on Thursday, October 5th.

It’s worth noting that the responsibility for printing these engaging posters lies with the authors, who are encouraged to bring hard copies for physical displays.

On Thursday, October 5th, 2023, these posters will be showcased in a designated area during the conference. Authors will be present to stand by their posters, field questions, and engage with attendees during coffee breaks and lunchtime. This innovative approach ensures that the posters not only grace the physical conference space but are also accessible in the virtual realm, offering delegates the flexibility to explore them in-depth during and after the event.

In addition to the traditional poster format, many of our presenters have gone the extra mile by creating short videos, enriching their poster pages with multimedia content.

You can find a selection of these captivating posters on display at the conference venue, conveniently located on the ground floor near the registration desk, where coffee breaks will also take place. For our tech-savvy attendees, the Conference App (available for Android and iOS) will enable online voting for the best poster. Remember, you can cast your online vote once, up until the evening of Thursday, October 5th, at 6 pm.
