Dr. Stefan Teufl works as Expert & Lecturer for HR and Organizational Development at FHWien der WKW and Senior Lecturer for Business Education at WU Wien.

Stefan is a certified practitioner in Positive Psychology (CPPP, DGPP Berlin), as well as PERMA Lead Coach for Positive Leadership. His consulting focus is Positive Leadership Advisory for executives as well as supporting HR Teams developing sustainable Learning & Development strategies.

He spent many years in HR expert and leadership roles in banks, until 2020 as Head of UniCredit Academy and Vice President for Learning & Development. He is a passionate about writing, teaching, blogging and public speaking about Trends in HR, Positive Psychology, Meaning at work and new ways of Leadership. He has been twice awarded as Speaker of the year by imh Vienna.
