As an experienced Area Director of Human Resources, Ines Spiessberger looks back on many years of experience in human resources management in the hotel industry and an impressive career.

In 2022, Ines became Area Director of Human Resources at Hyatt. In this responsible position, Ines manages the Human Resources department at Park Hyatt Vienna and supports all Hyatt hotels in Austria, Italy and the Czech Republic. In the course of her career, Ines has been involved in the opening of a total of four hotels and has also been able to pass on her expertise and skills as an accomplished leader in human resources management and the hotel industry to students at the Module Hotel and Tourism School (ICHM), where she taught “Human Resources Management” part-time from 2015 – 2018.
