Vienna is a city of tourism. How did urban tourism change over time? Non-other than Norbert Kettner, the CEO of the Vienna Tourist Board, will share his experience on urban tourism realities.
There is no planet b – tourism must find sustainable options. Therefore, Petra Stolba, Head of Cabinet of the First Vice-President of the European Parliament and former CEO of the Austrian National Tourist Office, will talk about her view on sustainable realities in tourism.
Furthermore, Steve Hood, Senior Vice President of Research for STR, will give an update on current industry realities.
After the Covid 19 pandemic, it has become even more important to thoroughly evaluate work-related practices. In order to discuss opinions, experiences and the future of managerial and new work realities in tourism a panel discussion is organized. Our panel members are Barbara Covarrubias Venegas, who is an award-winning entrepreneur, Denise Mach, head of Learning & Development at TUI Austria, and Ines Spiessberger, Area Director of Human Resources at Park Hyatt Vienna.
