It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I extend a warm welcome to all of you to the highly anticipated annual event of the EuroCHRIE federation. This year, our conference will take place in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria, from October 2023.
As the Immediate Past President of EuroCHRIE, I am honoured and grateful for the opportunity to address you all, as well as to express my deepest gratitude to our conference hosts for their dedicated work in planning and organising this extraordinary event. Their tireless efforts and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in ensuring that this conference will be an exceptional experience for all attendees.
At EuroCHRIE, our mission is to advance quality education through active professional development, collaborative research, partnerships, and networks for all our members and communities. It is our shared goal to foster an environment that promotes the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and best practices, ultimately enhancing the educational landscape within the hospitality, tourism, and culinary sectors.
