…is not only one of the most famous song titles of the Austrian singer Falco, but also an invitation for the Hospitality, Tourism and Events community to gather in Vienna for the 2023 EuroCHRIE conference. As the chair of this year’s conference, it will be an honor to welcoming you to the capital of Austria and the FHWien in October.
My team and I are working effortlessly to create memorable experiences for you. Over 160 contributions including papers, posters and workshops will form a thought-provoking academic program.
With its successful blend of imperial tradition and contemporary creativity, the Austrian capital has established itself as a major player in the global tourism market. One of the reasons for this success is the quality of life for both, visitors and inhabitants alike. For many years, including 2023, Vienna has been ranked as the Most Liveable City. What better place could there possibly be for hosting the 40th Edition of the EuroCHRIE conference?

New Opportunities. aims at encouraging educators to welcome new realities as catalysts for change and develop opportunities for sustainable hospitality & tourism futures.
