Teamwork makes the dream work!
Alongside the conference organizing team, numerous departments and helping hands played a pivotal role in bringing EuroCHRIE 2023 to life in Vienna. Notably, 21 students from the 3rd semester of the bachelor program “Tourism Management” volunteered to support the conference team.
In collaboration with the organizers, these students took on various responsibilities before, during, and after the conference, including:
- Social media monitoring of the conference from March to October 2023
- Conference preparation
- Registration and participant handling
- Support for moderators and speakers
- Information dissemination to conference participants
- Conference follow-up
