New Work Realities: At the moment I am a good example myself – I have a dual role at TUI, where on the one hand I am responsible for the Learning & Development department in Austria, on the other hand I work in the People Development & Culture team at TUI Germany trying to connect Learning & Development strategies within the Central Region (Austria, Germany and Switzerland).

In addition, as an external lecturer at the FH Wien der WKW, I can combine practice with theory. Especially the exchange with students is more than beneficial. I am already looking forward to the panel on the 6th of October to discuss New Work Realities even more.
