The hotels are located \u00b15km from the conference venue. Everyday shuttle bus services will be provided to all delegates at the scheduled moment to bring delegates around according to the conference and social programme. Car-pooling will be arranged and stimulated too during the conference among the delegates. However, should the delegates choose other hotels to stay, local transport will not be provided by the host.
