Managerial and New Work Realities&#8221; text=&#8221;Following the Covid-19 crisis, the need to examine critically work practices is even greater. Practical Realities: The Case Study Track&#8221; text=&#8221;Tourism and hospitality cases may address professional dilemmas, management failures, best practices and a vast range of critical management issues. Urban Tourism Realities&#8221; text=&#8221;In this track, we invite contributors to critically examine or imagine policymaking in city destinations with the view to tackle issues of social justice and the detrimental impacts associated with tourism.
